Suites are leased by the month with a 3 month minimum.
A tenant may lease one or any combination of the offices.

Office space and resources may also be reserved by the hour:

- Conference Room 1 (12+ seats - limited availability/access) - $100/hr
- Conference Room 2 (8 seats) - $50/hr
- Conference Room 3 (6 seats) - $50/hr
- Office - $10/hr (4 hour minimum)
- Workspace - $5/hr (4 hour minimum)
